Design and installation of backyard retreat, including hardscape (patio, retaining walls, columns, walkways, lattices), drainage, bedspace, new sod, irrigation, and ongoing maintenance.

Oakland Zion Poolhouse

Design and installation of plantings to unite the new poolhouse and pool to the house proper, including a potager, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and upper lawn area for family soccer.  We designed and installed the landscaping, irrigation, gravel walkways, landscape lighting, and parterre potager.

Front Exterior Area

Located in Beau Chene Estates, this ongoing residential project is the culmination of a multi-year endeavor, which has been designed to encapsulate and highlight the aesthetics of the estate and its surrounding garden and lawn areas over the course of each season.

Beau Chene

Located in the Mt. Nord Historic District in downtown Fayetteville, the Mock-Fulbright House underwent extensive renovation beginning in 2012.  A second axial entry and parterre were installed, in addition to extensive hardscape and walkway work in the front garden and lawn areas. To accommodate these renovations, Colonial Hills and its design team, led by Sarah House, created an expansive garden installation to complement the estate's historical architecture, highlighting the property's natural beauty and aesthetic appeal.
